Short?

I've had a number of pairs of Fate in the last two years which I can wear right out of the box as they fit perfectly. This recent pair (upgraded edition) feels SHORT in length ... and it's the same size I've been wearing. What's up with that?

Customer experience - terrific

I ordered my usual size but the shoes were snug. I thought they’d eventually stretch. I received an email from Newton asking if everything was okay. I mentioned they were snug. They sent me a bigger size & they fit beautifully. I returned the others with no shipping cost to me. Great customer service!
